Barbara Corcoran’s Million-Dollar Manufactured Home Has Been Destroyed in California Wildfires: ‘My Heart Breaks Again and Again’

Sometime ago this space reviewed a report referencing the manufactured home owned by the “Shark Tank” star Barbora Corcoran, including her love of the home and the community where the home was located. She bought the “trailer home” five years ago paying $800,000 for the property, then investing another $150,000 in its renovation. She noted saying she actually preferred her mobile home over her sprawling $15 million apartment in New York City.

Real estate mogul Corcoran has voiced her heartbreak after her million dollar manufactured home was “entirely destroyed” in the deadly California wildfires that began ripping through the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles on Jan. 7.

Corcoran, 75, shared the “devastating” update about her “mobile home” in a series of social media videos, revealing that the Palisades Fire had obliterated her property, as well as the entirety of the ultra-exclusive trailer park in which it was located.

“Our beloved Tahitian Terrace community off PCH in the Palisades has been devastated,” she wrote, “The place where memories were made and friendships were built, and lives were shared has been tragically destroyed. Most of my neighbors–many elderly–lost everything.

She noted that she has set-up a GoFundMe to raise money for all of the “wonderful individuals” who were living in the Tahitian Terrace community- and whose homes have now been decimated by the devastating fires.
