False Beliefs Vs. Facts Regarding Today’s Manufactured Home
“Never underestimate the difficulty of changing false beliefs by facts.”–Henry Rosovsky, Harvard economic historian
If you’ve noticed, I’ve written a lot about the modern manufactured home and how the manufactured home industry is continually trying to convey why and how today’s manufactured home is not the same as the mobile home of 35 years ago.
If you’ve read these blogs, you are probably thinking,”well, here he goes again,” and you would be correct. Unfortunately, there are those that still relate to the negative images that mobile homes had three decades ago and the false belief that today’s manufactured home must be “a mobile home with a new name.”
The quote above was not specific to manufactured homes, however, it does describe the difficulty of convincing those that their long held beliefs and myths are contrary to reality and facts.
So, here I go again. Below, you’ll find a statement of facts that contradict many of these false beliefs and should debunk the myths about the manufactured home, the manufactured home industry, and the thousands of homeowners experiencing the American dream of quality and affordable home ownership. The facts are followed by a list of a few of the nearly 200 articles on this web-site to further validate these facts.
