Chris Nicely is Named President of ManufacturedHomes.com
We’re so excited to announce and welcome Chris Nicely as President. Nicely brings a career of creative problem solving to this position. He has held multiple leadership positions throughout his career, including Berkshire Hathaway, Bell & Howell, Wayne Dalton International, Mansfield Plumbing Products, and Rubbermaid. Most recently, Nicely served as CEO of the well-known, national non-profit organization, Next Step Network. He also has experience in the manufactured housing industry, spending 15 years with market leader, Clayton Homes, as Vice President of Marketing.
Nicely received his MBA in Marketing from Case Western Reserve University and an Economics degree from the College of Wooster.

He understands what we do and will leverage our mutual experience to bring benefit to industry participants.”
Nicely will oversee and contribute in the company’s ongoing efforts battling stereotypes, presenting factory-built housing in new markets, and creating technology solutions for its members.
