This policy applies to our three related websites: ManufacturedHomes.com, ModularHomes.com and ManufacturedHomeLoans.com (collectively, referred to in this policy as the Websites.

Via a form provided to you on the Website, we only collect your name, phone number and email address, which you voluntarily fill-out.

The Websites do not track its site visitors over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. The Websites, and our products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

The Privacy Policy for the Websites was adopted in January 2013 and was amended in March, 2020.
