My husband and I bought one of Dons double wide 3 months ago. Don is always available to give advice or answer questions. He is there to help all the residents. Very well kept park and all the park residents have been very nice. We bought here to rave the cold in Nashville but we are so relaxed with the area that we are going to sell our house and move to Fairhope full time. The park is only 10 minutes from Mobile Bay, 20 min to Gulf Shores.
