Ridgewood Estates is conveniently located on the north side of Phillips on North Minnow Lake Rd and Park Ridge Road. It is 1 mile west of Hwy 13 on the North side of County Rd, just minutes away from Long Lake, NCTC, BW Papersystems, Phillips-Medisize, Phillips Plating and the Price County Airport.
The majority of the manufactured homes located in the community were built in the 1990’s. There are no homes older than 1981 located in the Community.
