Our park is located in the beautiful city of Seminole, Florida located on the Boca Ciega Bay, St Petersburg, FL. We are less than 1 mile east of the Bay Pines Veterans Hospital. One of the finest County Parks, “Veterans Park” is across the street, great for a nice walk or launching a boat from the boat ramp. Best of all, our mobile home park is close to lots of Shopping and Restaurants, 10 minute car ride from the famous Gulf of Mexico Beaches; Madeira, Treasure Island, and Redington Beaches.
Our mobile home park is a Land-Leased community and our park has a lot to offer. We have a fishing pier, heated pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, billiard room, library, access to the Pinellas Trail, a pet section, and bus service. We are a “55+ Community.”
Separate from our park, there is a full service marina, “Bay Pines Marina” and the “Harbor Master Tiki Grill?.
