Pines Trailer Park, located on beautiful Anna Maria Island in the City of Bradenton Beach, Florida and situated on gorgeous Sarasota Bay. We are an active 55+ community with great amenities including laundry, shuffleboard, workshop, clubhouse with a full kitchen and a well maintained marina. Activities at the park are numerous with Saturday morning coffees & pancake breakfasts, Monday morning shuffleboard, cards in the clubhouse, bingo Thursday evenings many meals (any excuse will do), pot lucks on the bay, bike rides, and a lot of neighborhood gatherings in the evening for chat. Just a wonderful place in our little corner of paradise.
While the park is situated on Sarasota Bay, just two blocks west are the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a few short steps to shops, recreation, fishing, restaurants with waterside dining, miniature golf, boating and the historic Bradenton Beach pier and Bridge Street shops.
Anna Maria Island offers a free trolley service that runs every twenty minutes throughout the day, seven days a week from one end of the Island to the other.
Although this site was developed for the residents of Pines Trailer Park, it is sometimes viewed by potential buyers.
