consisting of 206 pads, within the City Limits of Wooster, Ohio. Our
Park consists of TENANT OWNED Mobile Homes that must be vinyl sided
and shingle roof and all are single-wides. All of our lots are ELECTRIC
with about two-thirds of our sites having access to natural gas. During 2020 Dominion Gas completed new lines that now service almost 135 of our lots including the outer circle. We also offer rental/apartment units that are 2BR as well as 3BR for a limited number of lots. We are in The City Limits of Wooster and our water/sewer is connected to their lines.
