The established Lakewood Estates Manufactured Home Community is nestled near two beautiful lakes – Lake Jordan and Tupper Lake, both within minutes away! A wooden play structure, called Swifty’s Place, was built in 1991 and attracts many visitors to the Lake Odessa area. Jordan Lake is located on the southern edge of the village and is a manmade lake that boasts of 430 acres. It is a beautiful lake with easy access and is great for fishing. The Lake Odessa Municipal Beach is approximately 2.7 acres in size and is located on the southeast side of the village along the shores of Jordan Lake. This beautiful park facility includes a sandy beach, docks, public swim area, an enclosed picnic pavilion and restrooms, a playground, and shaded picnic areas.
