Quality Mobile Homes, Inc. opened their doors in November of 1989 with Jerry Goetz and Tom Seybert as its co-owners. From the start, Jerry and Tom set out to create a business dedicated to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Holding true to their values, this ambitious pair expanded their company rapidly, buying new locations and growing the Quality Homes family. In 1995, Jerry semi-retired, and Tom purchased Jerry’s interest in the company to become sole owner. The company continued to grow in Tom’s care, selling a total of over 7,000 homes since its inception. Quality Homes is now being operated out of our only Jacksonville location by Tom’s daughter, Katie Grout. For 34 years, Quality Homes has been a locally owned and operated family business dedicated to making each customer’s experience smooth, personal, and exceptional.
