Ulms Homes has teamed up with Skyline Homes of Sugarcreek, Ohio, to offer home purchasers a wide selection of high quality, affordable community oriented, modular homes and park model homes for sale to be placed upon Ulm’s Mobile Home Court’s lots or their own lots. Since opening their first community, known as “Ulms Trailer Park”, they have expanded to 5 communities. Four are located in Delphos, Ohio and one in Van Wert, Ohio.
